Expo Fabric Pro is a trade fair wall consisting of a lightweight pop-up frame. Once unfolded, you place strips around it. In these strips you place a stretch fabric specially selected for this application. This is printed in dye sublimation technique. At the moment the very best technique for the sustainable use of the sharpest and brightest colours for prints on fabric.
Together, this forms the basis of a very stable frame and a very sleek design of a pop-up wall with printed cloths. Both the front and the sides are provided with a beautifully printed stretch fabric. This cloth is provided with a silicone tendon all around. This tendon is pressed into the strips, creating a sleek and professional exhibition wall or exhibition stand.
Dye sublimation prints for the best end result
Because the printed cloth is the most important thing for this exhibition wall, we pay a lot of attention to it. To start, we choose a type of cloth that has the right amount of stretch. This is to guarantee a tight and virtually wrinkle-free end result.
We then print this cloth in a sublimation technique. This is the most beautiful and durable technique when it comes to printing cloth. The ink is, as it were, locked into the fibers of the cloth, making the cloth even washable at 30 degrees. But more importantly, this cloth guarantees the most beautiful colors, clear images and razor-sharp texts.
Display integration, showcases and lightbox options
A screen up to approximately 6 kilos can be attached to the frame. Using a profile that you hang in the frame without tools, you can easily hang the screen on the bracket that comes out through the opening of a track. You can also feed the cables back to the back via this opening. The opening is small so you don’t notice anything.
And showcases have also been considered. In a simple way you can make a showcase from a frame section and place your products in the showcase that are illuminated by an LED spot.

Requirements regarding fire safety of materials
At trade fair locations, increasingly higher demands are placed on fire safety. Our cloths are fire safe and meet the B1 fire safety standard. And if the cloth has become dirty after intensive use, it can be washed at a temperature of 30 degrees.
Changing graphics?
Want to change graphics? No problem, the printed canvases are very easy to order and change. The newly ordered canvases are also prepared with the necessary tendons with which you can effortlessly place them in the existing strips.
